Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant is responsible to maintain and deliver customer
service policy and standards within the team and will have following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Convert all walk in Customer enquirers in to Sales by continually serving,calling-in customers,selling-up and closing the deal to maximize the full potential of each enquiry.
- Advise customers on FX quotes
- Negotiating the Exchange Rate
- Follow Anti-money Laundering Procedures
- Process Credit card and Debit card payments
- Process all the transactions on the System, run daily and weekly reports.
- Money Transfers transactions
